Tom McChesney, Doctor of chiropractic, is originally from Ancaster Ontario. He attended York University, where he received a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree. Afterwards, Tom enjoyed two years in Germany playing professional basketball. Upon returning home he attended New York Chiropractic College. Tom was selected for a remote externship at the Buffalo Veterans Hospital. During his externship, Tom provided chiropractic management for a diverse group of veterans ranging from WWII to Operation Enduring Freedom.
Tom endorses a “patient centered” approach to the management of musculoskeletal conditions. His diverse background in chiropractic, Active Release Techniques (A.R.T), medical acupuncture, rehabilitation and sports allows him to use a multitude of therapies in the management of your condition. He has a special interest in sports injuries, pain management, low back pain and shoulder conditions. His treatments are catered to each patients specific needs and goals.
It has always been a goal of his to work in the community that he grew up in. In his free time he enjoys working out and playing basketball. His wife Katie also works in the Ancaster community teaching grade three.
