Sarah earned the title of Registered Massage Therapist upon graduation from the Massage Therapy program from Mohawk College with honours in 2016. While studying, she took an interest in the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis as she saw the benefits of massage therapy in regards to tissue health and pain management. Her training includes prenatal massage, myofascial release, chronic pain management, deep tissue massage and kinesiology taping.
Sarah is an advocate for fitness, nutrition and their importance to overall health, believing that the body is like a machine; it requires regular maintenance, it must take in the proper fluids (nutrients), and be run on a regular basis to function efficiently and optimally. Massage therapy is one of many tools that can be used to promote soft tissue health and overall well-being.
